PERFORMANCE AT CHORAL SERIES 2008 @ SINGAPORE CONFERENCE HALL(27SEPT 2008)

Dear all choir members,

we've given out the costumes for this performance on the 19 september 2008(friday).You are expected to wash it ,iron with COLD iron and bring it on 27/9/08.


On 27/9:1.get your hair bunned up before coming to school
2.ALL fringe to be clipped up,or else we will do it for you.
3.PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN WATER-VERY IMPORTANT
4.clog shoes and own make up

do note that make up is to be simple,no wayang wayang type.

After the performance: 1.wash and iron before bringing back to school
2.bring back to school on 30 september(tues)--music room would be opened for you to return costumes.

we do not want you to pass your costumes to your friends and ask them to return for you.We will not accept that.Timing to return your costumes will be confirmed at a later date.

I also want you to know that a fine of $1 PER DAY will be imposed on people who DO NOT return their costume on time which is 30 september.
NO EXCUSES WILL BE ACCEPTED
e.g costume is not dry,forgot to bring,nobody tell me to bring


you are allowed to bring scores for revising the lyrics.

LAST REMINDER:please do not play,talk loudly or scream on that day.you will be wasting your energy.this is a public performance and we want to leave a good impression.you wouldnt want to sweat and stink during the performance.








COLLECTION OF CHOIR FUNDS:last day for paying up choir funds is on monday:22 september 2008.
those who have not paid up,please do so.pay to sandi or if u see huda or me,u can pay to us.
After monday,i will take down names of those who have not pay and these people will pay double when i have to personally look for you(late paying of choir funds is offence #06 in offence book)
