re-scheduled CHOIR WORKSHOP

hello ! (:

to all choir members .
please be aware that the dates of CHOIR WORKSHOP has been changed .

previously , it was supposed to be on the 28 29 30 may .
but since many cant make it on these days - cambodia & prefects' wkshop .
mrs yong has made a change with the dates .
so now , the camp will be on the 16 17 & 18 of june .

new letter/concent form has been given to most of the choir members .
those who werent around - sec 1 & qing dao people did not receive it .

Re : Re-scheduled Choir Workshop

I have to apologize for this last minute change in the schedule for the workshop because as many as one third of the choir would be involved in overseas CIP and prefect camp which have been planned two months ago. As such, we have to re-schedule the workshop to 16 June 2008 ( 8.30am - 6pm ), 17 June 2008 ( 8am - 6pm ) and 18 June 2008 ( 8am - 1.30pm ) .

Your understanding on this matter is very much appreciated. I have also printed the training schedule for this holidays on the reverse page of this letter.
